Advanced HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment)

OBJECTIVE

The training course has been designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to participate in, the Hazard Identification and Assessment of Risk and Opportunities (previously was HIRAC) including Analysis and applying appropriate risk assessment methods and providing Corrective/Preventive Action Plan.

Management and Supervisory personnel and those personnel in involved in managing occupational safety, health & environment management system and programs in their workplaces.

3. Identification of Hazards in Various Mining, Oleochemical Plants and Workshops and The Associated Risks Including Understanding of Generic Risk and Opportunity Guidewords
4. Development of Opportunity Related to Safety, Health and Environmental
5. Review of Accident Concept and Hazards
6. Risk Management Process (ISO 31001)
7. Hazards Identification Process
8. Risk and Opportunity Assessment (Analysis and Evaluation) and Risk Matrix
9. Risk Management Tools ( incl. Check List, What If, FTA, ETA, FMEA, HAZOP study, HAZID Analysis, QRA, JSA, TRA)
10. Risk Control and Strategies
11. Strategy to Develop Risk Management System
12. Group Discussion
